Antiqued Scene - SOLD

$300.00
sold out

Molds make for interesting designs, especially once texture refines the molded shapes and antiquing is added. The interior uses the mokume gane technique, as taught by Ellen Propheter of the Creative Journey Studios in Georgia. She opened my eyes to the possibilities of this amazing and ever-changing polymer clay technique based upon ancient Japanese metal work!

The techniques for making my purses were refined during a class with Kathleen Dustin at Creative Journey Studios. What I learned from this remarkable artist continues to impact my purses. This purse measures approximately 7” across, 4.5” high and 3” deep; however because of the cord system it will not accommodate larger purse styles.

While this purse is sold, commissions are accepted. Please contact me for details.
