Red Carving - SOLD

$200.00
sold out

Carving is a technique which works well with polymer clay. After all the underlayers are cured, I carve freehand into a top layer which is still raw clay. The design evolves as details are added. The interior is textured, using a placemat! (My thanks to Janelle Espinoza for that idea!)

The technique for making my purses was refined during a class with Kathleen Dustin at Creative Journey Studios. What I learned from this remarkable artist continues to impact my purses. This purse uses a metal frame so that it accommodates larger phones and measures approximately 8” long, 2” deep, 4.75 “ high.

While this purse is sold, commissions are accepted. Please contact me for details.
